Wow, all so true. I have some very dear friends who are all into the plant medicine journeys. I've done a lot of psychedelics in my life, and was very addicted to some heavy duty drugs for many years. Fortunately I have not had any surgeries, but I have had novocaine for some dental work and it made me jittery and felt awful. The more spiritual connection I gain, the more my body rejects even so-called "benign" substances like caffeine and sugar. But like you say, spiritual work is not glamorous and requires devotion, consistency, and working through pain and trauma. None of that makes much money or looks exciting on Instagram or TikTok.

I appreciate this perspective. You are correct; there are few people speaking about this. The only other people that I’ve come across - besides the Fundamentalists - are Bernhard and Laura Guenther, the team behind The Cosmic Matrix podcast. I appreciate you Lauren! You’ve always been brave enough to step outside the circle!

Thank you so much, Lauren! Please repeat the name of the flower essences made without alcohol.

I've not done psychedelics, but I have had anesthesia, beginning at age 6. None in recent years, but I sense i may still be feeling impacts . I know intuitively that any type of anesthesia would now be harmful. Im so grateful that I, in my late 70s, have the level of health that I do!
