Thank you for your comment, and I'm touched that this post inspired you to write about your thoughts and reflections! I absolutely agree that a huge piece in being a "force of love" in the world requires healing our nervous systems. I appreciated reading the thoughts you shared in your article.
At one level, I fully appreciate your thoughts on love as the elixir that dissolves prison bars of mind control. As a mediator and as an advocate for Franciscan peacemaking, I concur with your observations. However, as someone who has plumbed the depths of this situation, I believe there is danger in accepting this approach as an ultimate solution. When one encounters men and women of goodwill, even though they have been trapped, there is a path to using love to dissolve the trap. However, when one moves further up the hierarchy of evil to those who are behind the entrapment and mind control, one encounters a more challenging and dangerous terrain. Those steeped in evil as their nature use love parasitically as fuel for their hate, for their nihilism. They take a certain joy in crushing those who do not recognize their duplicitous true nature. It is in this situation that love becomes a tool for seeing and knowing at a more powerful level. You're correct in realizing that knowing through intellect falls short. Rather a sophisticated type of love becomes a path to a kind of knowing that pervades evil. In pervading evil, one does not love evil but rather one brings a light that illuminates its nature. If one can "name" evil intentions exactly, one can dissolve those intentions. This is rarely welcomed by those perpetrating entrapment; however, with sufficient love that generates sufficient light, the evil intentions cannot be sustained. But use caution, as those ensnared in such evil do not feel your love as positive, but rather as a tool of their destruction, because when you see and love the evil "as it is," you disarm that evil. You cut off the ability of the evil intention to dominate and control others. The darkness shrivels up under this love light, which may cause the perpetrator to scream and howl like a demon. This use of love taps into the depths of existential fear that drives nihilism. This love may serve as a lifeline to the person, but in many cases, there's simply an evaporation or dissolution of evil. One's love operates as a laser to burn off the layers of false self evil. So, perhaps those who try to use love as you suggest should be warned that the situation can quickly become more challenging, and their love may be used to draw them into a trap. They may need more advanced skills when they encounter the source of evil and mind control. Love is the tool. Its use may be more challenging than it seems at first.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and bringing up these points, I agree! I'm acutely aware of how psychopaths think and operate (due to personal experience with individuals). In fact, this is a key topic of my next book. I agree that we need to exercise love, as well as the discernment to understand the mentality of predatory, sociopathic, and psychopathic individuals. In the end love is the only answer, but love encompasses this wisdom and awareness -- certainly a bigger topic to discuss, and one that I approach in my upcoming book. Thanks again for the thoughtful comment.
Thank you for this beautiful message Lauren. Also, I good thing to do is to send love to the place, store etc where you intend to go. I always do that and it is amazing to see how people are different. They are more agreeable, positive. I really see the difference when I forget to do it.

Powerful video - the Power of LOVE. Thank you LG for sharing your experience, strength & Hope. God's blessings to you ...
Thanks for this wonderful video, Lauren. I was very touched and at the same time some puzzle pieces were missing for me and I felt the urge to revive my Substack to write about these missing puzzle pieces. So thanks for giving me the courage to make that step; it has helped me digest what you shared and what I have learned these last years by putting it into words. I love that concept of sending love where you intend to go! Thank you for sharing that.
Hoping to get your feedback on this new experience. :)

I'll check the book out, thanks for the recommendation!
Prayer is another way to summon my love, & asking God to help me let His love through as the day unfolds.
Beautiful rendition of the power of love, ❤️ thank you, Lauren!
