I’m Lauren Geertsen, and I write about radical truth and holistic healing.

It started when I healed the “incurable” autoimmune disease that had left me bedridden at age 18. I started my website EmpoweredSustenance.com at age 19, to share the nutritional and holistic shifts that helped me heal.

Now, Empowered Sustenance has supported over 40 million readers with holistic resources.

I’m also the author of numerous books including:

Why Am I A “Truth Activist?”

Because my work threatens predatory industries — such as the plastic surgery industry, Big Food, and Big Pharma — I am sometimes labeled a conspiracy theorist.

I prefer the term Truth Activist.

Why I’m here

I started this Substack to share the deeper spiritual and psychological aspects of healing.

I still continue to write at EmpoweredSustenance.com, but that focuses more on the physical side of healing.
