I’m Lauren Geertsen, and I write about radical truth and holistic healing.
My Story
When I was 18, I was bedridden with severe autoimmune disease and questioning if my life was worth living.
Then, deep in my soul, I decided to do whatever it took to heal.
First, I stopped listening to my Pharma-funded doctors. I radically changed my diet and lifestyle, and broke up with Big Pharma.
By age 19, I had fully healed the disease my doctors called “incurable.” I started my website EmpoweredSustenance.com, which has now supported over 40 million readers with holistic resources.
But I wanted MORE healing. So...
🤸 I learned how opt-out of transhuman beauty standards and healed the relationship with my body.
❤️🩹 I learned how to heal from abuse and “forgive the impossible.”
📺 I learned how to see the truth of governmental psychological warfare, and keep my heart open.
🗣️ I learned how to tell courageous truth, even when it cost my reputation.
⛓️💥 I learned how to reverse my family lineage of narcissistic abuse and found legendary love.
As a result, I achieved the kind of healing that many people consider impossible!
I’ve dedicated my life to helping others experience this kind of “impossible healing,” through my many books, coaching, and this Substack publication.
When enough people take this personal journey to healing, it will heal our world. ✨
